Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of ScanPosture, a service provided by Lawsons Enterprises Ltd (Company No: 16433965), trading as ScanPosture.

Permitted Use

ScanPosture may only be used to scan Microsoft 365 tenants and connected services for which you have explicit administrative authorisation. You must be the tenant administrator or have written authorisation from the tenant administrator.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Scan tenants for which you do not have administrative authorisation
• Attempt to circumvent security controls or gain unauthorised access
• Use scan results to exploit vulnerabilities rather than remediate them
• Resell or redistribute scan results without written permission from Lawsons Enterprises Ltd
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose under UK law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying check logic

Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in ScanPosture itself, please report it to security@scanposture.com. We will acknowledge reports within 48 hours.

Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension of your account and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
